A Personal Note

The story of our company starts with the story of our family. I met Kendra in Cottonwood, AZ on Thanksgiving in 2012. After a day of rock climbing, we enjoyed our humble Thanksgiving meal amongst friends. Unbenkownst to us we were destined for each other, and by Halloween of 2013, we had begun our first project. Our first daughter was born, and the journey begins.

I would work 2, sometimes 3 full time jobs, dedicated to my children having their mother's undivided attention. Construction by day, restaurants at night, and either driving Uber, trying to build a company, or sometimes both, in any bits of spare time. We've worked together managing apartment complexes, and we've learned to work together raising children into responsible adults. Since 2013 our dream has been to build something together, as a family, that makes a major difference in the lives in our community

We struggled with poverty until I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Though poverty had been "escaped", the dream of a working life together had all but faded. Stress and depression began to set, and our marriage wasn't the rosy rom-com of the years prior. The life we feared was at our doorstep, but it was opportunity that knocked. Mortgage rates shot to the moon in 2022, and I lost my entire income nearly overnight. A change was imminent, but for the first time, wisdom was applied. Knowing that I couldn't start over in another cubicle, and also that my family couldn't afford for me to start at the bottom again in construction, I took all that I learned from both construction and the corporate world and formed San Felice Group, LLC. The dream was to build one company that could act as a parent company for all of the entrepreneurs that follow in our footsteps. We started with what we knew best, and that led to Tile, Perfected. Hopefully someday, our kids find their passion and use it to make a difference as well.

Our goal with Tile, Perfected is to be an industry-leading employer in the Prescott Quad City area and to install timeless pieces of art that will impress our childrens' children. We know what it's like to be at the bottom, and we want to use this opportunity to pick people up.
